I recently visited Polar and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The haircut was not done properly, and the protein treatment and hair dye were completely ineffective. I had to get the dye corrected again because my grey hairs were still clearly visible, which shows how poorly the service was done.

Considering the quality, 15000 rupees they charged was absolutely not worth it. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional, and I left dissatisfied instead of feeling taken care of.

I hope they improve their standards, because this level of service is not acceptable for the prices they charge.

Worst parlour owner ever – ruined my bridal day. Every other famous parlour in Pakistan allows you, lets you choose even, if you want makeup from signature artist or the senior artists. I literally booked her senior artist because I liked her makeup more – and on my wedding day at 7 am in the morning she created such a hugeeee issue that her being the owner should do my bridal makeup – and taunted me saying you want to get makeup from my senior artist? Who I taught? Etc and then she called my in laws- who were her frequent customers – and complained about me which led to more issues on the first day of my marriage. And then blackmailed me at the end saying it’s your choice if I want her still or another senior artist to do my makeup. Horrible customer service. Literally ruined my entire day and mood.
